Bioneer?s recently completed a state-of-the-art oligo manufacturing facility in Alameda, CA. The facility is capable of producing over 6,000 DNA oligos /day in the United States. Additional capacity will be added based on the needs of our customers. Capacity in the US and additional capacity of 23,000 oligos /day in Korea places Bioneer in a strong position to address both the needs of customers requiring a few oligos on a regular basis to those customers that require very large numbers of oligos.

Synthesis Scales:               

0.025, 0.050, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 10.0, 15.0 micromole synthesis scales.

Bioneer’s production capacity can also accommodate orders ranging from milligrams to tens of grams of the purest DNA (and RNA).

Purification:

BioRP purification is provided free of charge. BioRP purification achieves results adequate for most applications.

When ultra-high pure material is required HPLC and PAGE is available for extra charge.

Quality Control:

Each and every oligo that Bioneer ships out is quality controlled using

  1. MALDI-TOF or Sequenom MassARRAY Oligo check for oligos <50 bases
  2. PAGE or CE for oligos >50 bases.

Bioneer includes QC data with every shipment.

Guaranteed Yields:

Yields vary depending on base composition, purification method, oligo length, and synthesis scale.  To better serve our customers, Bioneer has set standards for guaranteed yields.
